Actor K. K. Goswami has been one of the most prominent television artists and Bhojpuri film stars with his talent and acting skills. Debuted his acting career with the television show ‘Shaktiman’ in 1997, the actor has played key roles as a dwarf in Indian television shows like CID, Vikraal aur Gabraal and Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai!.
Apparently, very few people are aware that the 44-years old actor hails from a small village in Bihar and had to go through a lot of struggle in order to come to Mumbai and make it big as a star.
During an interview, Goswami revealed to the media that not only his stature, but is younger brother’s stature is also short like him. The news spread around the village and after learning about the news, a local circus came to meet the actor’s father to discuss some business with him.
The business discussion was about a deal where the circus offered to pay money to the actor’s father in return of the custody of K. K. Goswami. Evidently, the circus offered to pay Rs. 50, 000 to the actor’s father for his custody and even offered to teach him entertainment skills at the circus. The important thing to notice is that the actor was just 10-12 years old during that time.
Fortunately, Goswami’s father did not approve of the deal and denied to accept the offer saying his son will never work in a circus.
Later, the 3-feet tall actor also had troubles during his wedding as his in-laws not approved him because of his short height. But his wife, the girl Pinku was adamant to get marries to him during that time.
After all ups and downs, the actor is happily married and is a father of two sons. While Goswami has taken a break from television acting, the actor was last seen in the television show Trideviyaan in 2017.
